Privacy policy

When you contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address and the property address or postcode, plus whatever you tell us about the problem. If we carry out a survey we also keep photographs and moisture readings taken at the property.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out the work, share any agreed findings and keep records of work completed. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.

Only where it is part of the job you asked for — for example sending a survey report to your landlord, letting agent or insurer at your request — or where we are required to by law.

Enquiry details are kept for up to two years. Records of completed work, including photographs where taken, are kept for six years to support enquiries or disputes.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@yorkshiremouldremoval.com and we will respond within one month.
